Once again I must ask for prayer for my family. My mother passed away yesterday. My family has been battered by loss after loss since Christmas. Of course people try to comfort us by saying they are in a better place when I am not so sure. I leave that in God's hands. He is the judge, not me. Please pray for the strength to meet each day as we are now always ready for the next shoe to drop. Mother's husband is 90 years old and sickly. Dear nlb, so sad for your loss and yet another burden for you to bear. Of course you can have an extra warm hug, perhaps even two or 1006. Hope you can feel the virtual hugs. Thank you, aussie, yes, the hugs - all 1006 of them - have help. I am going to share them with my sisters who are hurting as much as, or more than, I am. Especially the mother of my nephew who killed himself. nlb
