My boss called me into his office today.
"We both know you're not the brightest spark here, Simon, " he said, "but over the last 5 years you've never been sick or late and I think you deserve a reward. So, how does a brand new car sound? "

Love the story about the new car. I wonder if he got one. He auto be more circumspect and car-ful when he is talking to the boss.

Hi taffi, still winter here, Spring starts 1 September, so have a couple of months to go yet. July and August are our coldest months. I am in the south east corner of the tropical north of Australia and if the sun in shining and you can find a spot out of the breeze, it doesn't take long to warm up. Hugs.
