2 guy puzzles today and I was the first one to comment on them. Not too hard to do. I'm #2 right now.

Elijah--you must definitely be running on high testosterone today. Now you've got the tools to get to work--not sit back in you beachfront chair. LOL--anyone notice number sequence in his reply? 2-First-too-#2(? )

I'm an 80 year old girl and I would like to be #1, but it would never happen. How do people do the puzzles so fast. That to me would not be fun--unless you are in a race with someone. The name I chose is the name of one of the cats I had for 18 years. Chose the beach chair now because of my class reunion this next week-end in Cape Cod.

I sincerely apologize for "assuming" your gender--you were just honoring a beloved pet. Personally, I'm with you, my score is ~ 9, 000, 000, 000. billion thousand (as my grandson answered when I asked him how old he was. Where are you staying on the Cape? I practically live there--the rule for getting around is jeans & sweatshirts. R U flying in to Logan, Providence or Hyannis or driving? Unless you are going out to to the very tip, we might just run into each other...hope so!

Bobby-I was just chatting w/Elijah about the Cape. It's about 30 minutes from where I live (the beginning anyway). Forecasters have said rainy & cool for this sumer--they've been right so far! Can you tell me whereabouts you'll be staying so I box you in to a certain area? We've been going there now for nigh onto 33 yrs. If you stay in Sandwich, (just lovely) they have a great museum including old, old autos, lovely flower gardens & a place near yacht yard that celebrates a great Octoberfest. Hyannis is just great-airport-& the Hilton &a lot of things to see & eat. Going out farther to the East, is Chatham (quite pricey) & the weather gets colder. Nausett Beach is huge & great fun. Clothing appropriate once again is jeans & sweatshirts. Tees just in case you run into a heatwave. Bring rain gear just in case you have bad weather or a hurricane (hotels are well equiped to handle this). Give me an idea of what you want to do--kids, middle age couples, & seniors. Obviously, there is a lot to do! Have a great time & in case you need a granny, call me! Oh just joking- whale watch out of Hyannis or Provincetown-bring winter coat & gloves & I'm NOT KIDDING.Glorious, fun, excitemente & adventure. You would definitely see a pod, b/c the tourist ships communicate w/each other!

We went to Fairhaven HS, class of 54. We are staying at Seaport Inn (route 6). We fly in and out of Providence on Southwest.
bobby37: Put accuweather.com on your computer and you can type in the place and get the temperatures for the month.

Howdy Great Travelers. Elijah, if you know Fairhaven, you know the Cape! You never know what will happen weather-wise! Be flexible & have a great time. Shall I surprize you w/Barrington's great marching band & chorus? We'll certainly be on the paper's cover & most likely on local news. Bobby, you seem to be computer savy. West Springfield, being in a valley will be warm, Rockport is gorgeous (if time allows, go visit Salem...verrrrry interesting! ) (best in October-everyone dresses up & visits spooky museums). Hope you both have a great time & Elijah don't be surprized if we meet you at PVD Airport.

Great info BayGrannie, Salem is on my list as I have relatives there. My Dad was born in West Springfield back in 1893. His Dad was a Railroad Engineer there.

My Pops would wear these when he went out to work in the bush on Manitoulin Island. He was a logger. Back in the day, he'd even do the moving of logs on the water! He was my stepfather but oh so much a father to me and will always be fondly remembered. And missed! I hear you, lil
