Getting ready for a bad storm very shortly! Then some colder weather. Do you have AC in your house? I have had the house open but will probably have to put the heat on by tomorow.

We've gotten 36" of snow in the past 5 days. I moved what I could, but had to call my service when it was deeper than 5" - my snow blower can handle that fine. We've basically run out of places to put the stuff! The city has yet to plow us out at all and our subdivision streets are horrible. My Subaru made it OK yesterday - had to go out for a doctor's appointment - but today, am doing one by phone. Hoping snce we've gotten so much, so fast, that the rest of the season will be more bearable.

The snowplow came through yesterday morning and the driver was very kind to me - he left a smaller berm than was there before, so I didn't bother to go out in -0 degree weather to shovel it away. That was the first time we've been plowed since this all started, and I was quite appreciative of it, too. The city should start hauling the snow away toward the end of the week. We'll have enormous snow dumps this year!
