Could use a little healing right now, aussie. The procedure my Deary Beloved had to eliminate the constant headaches was a massive failure. He's now in more pain than ever. My stress level is out of sight right now. Praying for ease for both of us.

Aknan, my sympathies to you and your Dearly Beloved. I know from experience how difficult it is to find the right treatment for a chronic pain. It's like you're fighting two battles at the same time, one with the debilitating pain, and one with the medical community. It's stressful for both the sufferer and the caregiver. Please take some time for yourself to relax and clear your mind, or you will not be helping either one of you. Praying for healing comfort and understanding.

Aknan, I am also very sorry your dearly beloved is having such a difficult time. We go into situations like that with such hope then when they not only fail but make things worse we have to deal with the huge let-down as well as the worsened physical problem. I also will pray for a release from the pain for him, a release from the stress for both of you, and an extra touch of God's grace for both of you. I trust God will grant these things to you.

Many, many thanks to all of you, dear friends. Part of my stress was caused by extreme changes in the investment procedures (thanks to the Dept. of Labor who thinks we're all liars, cheats and thieves), but I think I can handle them now. It just hurts to see my DB turn into an old man before his time because of the unrelenting pain. Your prayers are greatly appreciated and returned. Blessings to all of you!

No, rahrah. The procedure yesterday was a resounding failure with no relief from the headache. Two weeks for a checkup and we'll see what they want to try next. I think my DB must feel like a pincushion by now. Thanks for asking!
