Two of my favorite types of puzzles on this site are sewing and painting. I can do neither in the real world!!! Still haven't figured out what I'm proficient at. The closest I guess is crossword puzzles. I have books in my bathroom, bedroom, and on my computer. They keep my brain from growing cobwebs.

Bright colors and a well used set of watercolors. It almost makes me want to pick up a paint brush and do something artistic. I can do music but the gods thought that would be enough, and I want to be able to paint pictures and I am terrible at it! We can't have everything and I will always love singing. Be happy with what you have and your life will be so much more enjoyable. At least I am quite content in my old age! Blessings to all of you lovely people.

Two of my favorite things...singing and painting. If you are intent on the outcome of the product neither is relaxing. Like any other skill it requires training, practice and concentration. Few are born zapped into genius...although some are like the savants. I'm neither a savant or a genius.

Thanks to all of you and your positive replies. It came to me that whatever I do, I do it for me and it doesn't matter what others think....I don't have to show anything to anyone. And doing something that I really want to do is for the joy of it. Thanks for the positive thoughts and helping me to be more positive.

Loved working with water color and anything I could get my hands on. It all made me calm down and express myself freely. Good puzzle.

I really wish I could paint. My "boyfriend" in college --his father was an artist for a Tampa newspaper. He also did some of my art work when we were in college. I couldn't even draw a straight line.
Right now waiting for this next tropical storm to blow thru Florida.

Fun puzzle. Pretty easy. Never felt comfortable with watercolor...it's too fast, intuitive and unforgiving for me.
