I would not have noticed but yes - really strange! I can't imagine where it could be if it doesn't show in this picture. Maybe this isn't a real bathroom, but a recreation of what an old west bathroom would have looked like...with a tub you have to fill by bucket!

And the crumbling plaster would need to be fixed, too many holes for little intruders.
In our house in Massachusetts we had a tub like that. Loved it.
Time for 10 pm news and then to bed. This has not been my best day--but tomorrow will be better!
I once visited in a lovely, old home with a bathroom like this one.
I was miserable without my shower. The tub worked well, but I much prefer a shower!
