This looks like it would be delicious if you took off the onions. Somewhere in my youth an onion must have attacked me because I have no tolerance of onions in my food. Yuck!! I have the same ailment Kwk...I have not had surgery and hopefully I won't have to. I do take meds every morning before I eat, but that's all. I have to watch my diet...so the above veggies are a no-no.
