It was 101 in the shade on my pool patio yesterday...I had to bring a fan out to circulate the air.....no time to jump in my pool to cool off but today will be a pool day.

That was the name of a Broadway Play--101 in the Shade.
It was a musical and was made into a movie. I forget at the moment what they renamed it I think it starred Burt Lancaster. I'll have to look it up.

My mistake. It was 110 in the Shade and became a movie in 1956 called the Rainmaker. I did at least get the star right. He was opposite Katharine Hepburn.

Looks like three crosses - I immediately thought of Golgotha.

"Gods love has no limits, Remember when we do what we can, God will do what we can't." unknown

"Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to show God's love. No matter the circumstance or obstacle." Unknown

Good ight and God bless. Hugs.

That is precisely what I saw, too, Aussiesapphire! I've been on here about a year and this is my first post, but I've loved reading all the lovely comments from all you good folks! I'm in Dallas, Texas, 70 this year and still working fulltime in an office. Puzzles are my "mental health breaks" at work, so don't get much time to post comments. Blessings to all!

Welcome PKenagy, good to hear from you. Lots of lovely people on here. Still working - wow. I seem to have so much to do at home now since I retired that I wonder how I ever had time to work!!! And did so for forty years. Hugs.

PS PKenagy - I lived and worked in Houston for 18 months and four and a half years before that in Shreveport, Louisiana. Visited Dallas in that time. Hugs.

Welcome aboard PKanegy. I turned 70 in March.
Was in Dallas-Fort Worth area twice for skating meets. Mostly saw the inside of the colliseum and little else.

I found this puzzle to be a little over my head and nearly drowned in the intricacies before finding the right place for each piece.

Maybe you should have pooled your resources before you began. Sometimes it takes a while to get in the swim of things.

I don't know, I've found some of his punnies to be all wet lately. Maybe his wit has dried up on him.

I went to a lower piece puzzle in the classic mode. The one color predominance is cool looking, but an eye killer.

Not much of a swimmer myself, but I have a daughter who did synchronized swimming until she went into the Army. I wish she still did it; it such a beautiful sport.
