Interesting how the upper level clouds seen to be streaming out from the dense white thunderhead as it the wind were coming from its center. I'm also amazed at how thick the foliage is on what looks like a pretty low and small island. Maybe it's just a point on the mainland. Too bad they don't say where it is.

Pixipixil, I wrote to you on Winter Village on Feb 8th when you were talking about your Christmas decoration you put together so I wrote about a Christmas Manger Scene I do. Let me know if you read it.

Hi beckydent! No, I hadn't seen your comment to me. To make sure I see something use reply under my post or it doesn't get passed to me but just remains on the board where the puzzle is. I went to Feb 8 and had done the snow scene on that but you weren't in those postings so I did a search for Christmas Village and found your post.
Your arrangement sounds wonderful. Adding pieces each year and painting them must be a lot of fun. I have my own kiln and a supply of clay and glaze but haven't gotten around to doing any work with it in years. Not that I haven't wanted to.
"Life" got in the way. My manger figures are ceramics I made but I did them in a hurry and the faces aren't good. I started doing a new Bethlehem backdrop to replace the cardboard one I have been using but I had it placed on my slab maker and some workmen who came to clean our furnace put their toolbox on it and crushed it. It wasn't a convenient place for the tools so I think they did it to be nasty because they took offense when I asked them about how long they were doing their job and such. I was just trying to be friendly but they were insulted I guess.
