My granddaughter loves parmesan. She even eats strips. One Christmas I gave her a round of Parmesan and a cheese grater. She was thrilled.

My grandfather loved Limberger cheese. I couldn't get past the smell!
I love most OTHER cheeses.

I have only had parmesan grated and on food and I know I like it like that. I must spread my wings and try it when it is whole! LOL! Blessings and happy memories of this day to everyone!

I don't think parmesan is one of the "eating" cheeses, like brie and gouda. I only use it grated on food or in sauces.

Fun jigsaw puzzle.
