This field of deep purple lavender flowers seems to go on forever. The table, set up in the center of this online jigsaw puzzle, fits beautifully into the scene, with sky blue chairs contrasting against the rows of purple.
At first I thought this would be a beautiful place to have "tea". Then I remembered how stiff the stems of lavender are and thought about how scratchy it would be on the legs. Always the realist. I should have stuck with the more romantic side of who I am!
