Happy Thanksgiving. Made a turkey and stuffing and ate it all by myself. It came out fine but somehow it wasn't quite as tasty alone. Hope you all had someone you love to be with today. I spoke to my brother and his wife for about an hour by phone. They had her family over yesterday. I could have been part of it but declined taking a plane during the holidays. I'll wait for spring to see them again. We ran out of stuff to talk about sooner than usual. We don't watch the same shows or read the same kind of books. They like westerns and history. I like the arts. None of us are avid readers. I mostly listen to audiobooks and forget what I listened to shortly thereafter, but they keep me from feeling alone or from getting too bored, especially while doing housework.
