Been going through a lot lately. A memorial is being planned for my late husband's dad. They are both being buried next month. Hubby is being buried next to our son and dad is being buried next to his wife. It is also our son's 11th angelversary and we are planning on a small memorial for him as well. I am trying to hold it together and so far I am doing ok. Blessings and hugs to you as well.

You are a strong woman, mamag. It won't be easy, but you'll get through it. My prayers for you, always.

All this is happening at once for you, and I'm sorry you have all of this to deal with. Aknan is right. You are a strong woman, look at what you have come through with your Faith intact. I always say prayers for you and will continue and add some extra ones. The only sure thing in life is God and He always, always listens and is always with us.

I have a lot going on and you are right, God will always be with us and He is our strength. Without His love and my faith, I would never have made it this far. Elijah13, My back hurts so bad at times from work that it is actually burning. No matter what I do, the pain is sometimes almost unbearable. We are also getting some much-needed rain here in my part of VA. One locality had a tornado touchdown. Thank God there was no damage only to some trees. Please stay safe as this is not over yet.

Mamag, have you considered a spinal epidural to block the pain? My orthopedic surgeon gave me one and the relief was virtually immediate. I had PT and still do those exercises almost daily. After over years, no pain except a little at the edge of one hip - just osteo-arthritis that comes with age.

Mamag15 and aknan, not only was I dealing with my back pain, last night I was reaching for something and fell. Then had to think how I was going to get up since I am alone. Finally did it, but know my legs hurt and my back. Have been using the heating pad some and just getting up and walking ao I stay limber. My niece and husband are coming tomorrow and Rosie will be here to clean. My "hairdresser" is coming to my house Wednesday to do my hair so I won't have to go out. I also have some things to give her. Hopefully the week will continue to heal me!

My heating pad is my best friend, too!

I need to get a heating pad. It has eased up some. It is from all the heavy lifting and standing or a sink doing dishes at work which is a commercial sink. I love my job but my body hates it.
