Easier puzzle than what we have been getting lately....yay! Well, I found out today what is wrong with my right shoulder...torn rotator cuff....yippee. I had surgery on my left shoulder, for the same thing several years ago. Since I have more movement than I had with the left shoulder, the tear isn't as bad. Still calls for surgery, but I had it done once and this will be easier. But if you have time, could you all pray that everything will go well? Thanks! Blessings to all.
I still have a small sewing kit. My grandmother taught me how to sew and I made a lot of my clothes when I was very young. My mother knew how to sew, but she told me that I halted her love of sewing when I cut up a pattern she had very carefully laid out. From then on, she let my grandmother do all the sewing.
I bet it wasn't just you, lilbc77. Sounds like a good excuse. A real love of sewing isn't halted by just one incident. I'm sorry she put it all on you.

Oh, I agree. I don''t hold any guilt from that. I think it had more to do with the fact that she had 3 children at that time and there wasn't enough time or energy for sewing.
