I am READY! Emergency lights, portable radios. If the sun comes out before electricity comes back on--I am sure it will go out. I have Duke Energy! I can charge my phone and IPad with my portable charger. Hopefully it will follow the European model and stay off the coast.

I have relatives in Florida so am praying for them and you at the same time.
One time my husband and I (both retirees) were standing in a small line for a ride at a Florida park.There was a sign on the wall --- "Not recommended if you have a heart condition or are pregnant." Not really keen on the ride, I said, "Honey, I forgot to tell you -- I'm pregnant! " I didn't go --- and my husband said the man who was in back of us in line, laughed through the whole trip!
