Quiet Lake Premium Jigsaw Puzzle

Like you, toadalove, I appreciate and am totally in awe of artists and writers. Working at a library, I can't fathom writing not just one book, but several! What a gift to do either.

I was blessed with the talent and ability to paint. For Easter this year I painted wood eggs for my family in the traditional style of the polish pysanka and for Christmas the theme was "these are a few of my favorite things and so each member of my family and Best friends I painted each a ornament with their favorite thing on it ranging from Mickey Mouse to Lighthouses etc. It was a lot of fun to do and to give the gift of my talent. This year the Theme is snowflakes. Gearing up already. I was going to tat them but my girlfriend insists that I paint them :)

Yes...you are truly blessed to have such a talent and I think your friends and family are quite blessed too for what you gave them. Any gift from the hand and heart is truly the best gift of all.

I admire artists. I attempted a 5 week class in watercolor once, but you can't put in what God left out. Come to think of it, I wasn't very good at finger painting in kindergarten either. I'd love to be able to paint like this.
