This took me sooooo long but then I am thinking about my knee replacement surgery instead of concentrating on the puzzle. It isn't until Apr. 19, but there doesn't seem to be enough time for me to get REALLY worried! LOL! Very pretty picture and may all of you have a beautiful, peaceful day. Blessings to all.
Hope that your knee surgery goes well for you. I had my left knee done in 2016 and my right knee done in 2018 - just follow the advice given by the surgeon when you're discharged from hospital and then the advice given by the physiotherapist a couple of weeks later.
I'm now waiting for my right hip to be replaced - it doesn't rain, but what it pours ;-)!

I had both my knees replaced. The first one is doing pretty good. But the second knee is giving me a lot of trouble. An orthopedic surgeon told me that eventually the one will have to be redone. I had them both done about 12 years ago when I was still in my early 50's.

Nhoward --- I had a knee replacement about 13 years ago and I'm so glad I did. Haven't had a problem with it since!
Will be thinking of you on April 19. When you first get up to walk --- do not turn your body at all. When I did the first walk, the tech told me that --- and walked with me. As we walked he asked me a question --- I naturally turned to answer and began to fall. He caught me --- but it was unnerving. You will be so glad you had it done.

Nhoward I wish you the best of luck on your knee surgery. I have 2 replaced knees, and the best advice I have is: do physical therapy BEFORE your surgery. The more you strengthen your knee, the easier it is to heal up afterwards. God bless!
