Beautiful flowers and great colors! I got an unpleasant surprise yesterday. I was taking a shower and when I got out I heard this banging. I checked and my husband was up, so I put on a robe and started looking through the house while still hearing the banging. I opened the door to the garage and there was Pete, laying on the floor of the garage. He had found a old mop and was hitting the door. He was taking down the garbage for pick-up and the bin tipped over and so did Pete. He crawled into the garage because he couldn't stand....his foot was turned funny. He told me to call an ambulance. To shorten this....they took him to a hospital and he was rushed into surgery because he had/has a "very ugly compound fracture" to his ankle, quote from the surgeon. He will have to have more surgery within the next 2 weeks. I can't see him because of COVID, and I understand that, but it is hard. Blessings to all of you fine people!
I am so sorry for all this! He's going to have a long healing period (I know - I have a broken foot right now and can't walk on it til April) and will need all your patience. So glad you found him and got to hospital quickly. My prayers for both of you.

I've gotten behind on my puzzles and am only seeing this now. I'm praying that Pete will recover quickly and you will be reunited soon.

Pete called me this morning to say he was having surgery this afternoon to take out all the pins in his ankle and leg and, hopeful, get a cast put on. I hope so because I miss him so much! Thank you for the prayers and good thoughts! Blessings to you!

It really didn't take me the time that it posted. I accidentally forgot until later that I was doing the puzzle.
I had to go and check on my neighbor to make sure he was OK and didn't get hurt when he went to check on his UPPER neighbor who lives above him. Then a couple of hours later I was able to sit at my computer and noticed I hadn't finished this puzzle.
Pretty painting and I enjoyed working the jigsaw puzzle.

Very cheerful puzzle! Need this today since it's very gloomy outside now. Sun is supposed to come out later. We have had unseasonably warm weather this week. Last week it was very chilly--for here--down in 30's at night. Supposed to be in high 80's by end of week.
