This is how my back feels today--hurts and is stiff! Must have slept wrong last night. Had never hurt for this long.
Looks interesting.

Happiness is the richest thing we will ever own. Have a great day.

Love, love love the quote. We keep searching for happiness and forget to see what is in front of us. And if we are blessed with happiness, what else could we possible need in life? Blessings, elijah13!!

What makes happiness so precious is precisely the fact that we DON'T own it: all we can do is enjoy it and try to share it.

Amazing how they managed to get that top piece up without a forklift!

My guess is they buried the upright slabs in sand and or dirt tne pushed the flat rock over them. Finally they dug away the sand.

I think the dirt was filled in and a mound built over the whole thing.

That construction has undoubtedly been that way for hundreds of years but I still wouldn't trust it enough to get anywhere near it.
Had to shop in the a.m. so the garden is gasping for a watering.
Hope you are all making the best of the time the Lord has given you.

I think it's even older, pixi, say back to Stonehenge time or so.

From what I've read, the tombs were filled with dirt and then a mound built over the whole construction.

These prehistoric tombs are fascinating.
