summer home on a lake in Minnesota. They had a large polar bear rug in their living room. I cringed whenever I thought of how that bear died so they could enjoy walking on it. Espi in Illinois.

Good morning puzzlers. I love polar bears, hope they survive along with all the other animals that have become endangered because of mans short sightedness. Would truly love for any future grandchildren to be able to see all these animals, the world would not be the same without them. All be safe.
Amen to that. Hate to see our biodiversity disappear. Especailly have a soft spot for elephants and big cats.

Pixi my soft spots are penguins, polar bears, elephants and the big cats, especially the snow leopard. Guess I have a big soft spot for all animals. My soft spot for animals is bigger for them than my soft spot for most people. Be safe.

Pixi as I grew up my love for animals also grew, but at the same time I noticed man's behavior and the worse their behavior became the bigger my love and concern for animals became. Be safe.

This is apparently World Water Day. Unfortunately the fresh water on the Earth is in a bad way. Too much in the wrong places, too little where it's needed.
People, or at least the people "in charge" seem to forget the importance of water. We need more trees to be planted to hold the rain when it does fall and that would help a lot. Have a great day, Orinoco.

Beautiful puzzle of an endangered animal. I like polar bears and wish the "leaders" of the world would look at what could be done to save them. Just my personal opinion and, as we all know, with my opinion and with that and $.50, you can buy a candy bar that is on sale!! Blessings to all!
If we knew the answer to that one we could stop global warming. But I agree we should do what we can to save the animals. If only the polar bears didn't need all the ice and snow that is disappearing.
