I can't say as I've ever heard of banana jam. How do you make that?

You use jam recipe and put the banana in at the very end. Otherwise the jam turns black. It is a refrigerated jam but no worries it doesn't last long enough to spoil. I'll find the recipe if you want it.

Thanks for offering to find the recipe but I am allergic to bananas. I was just curious about banana jam - never had heard of it before.
My mother canned and made all kinds of jams, but she never did plum jam. I have never heard of it, but this picture is telling me I need to taste it! Have a blessed day and may you have sunshine in your heart no matter what the weather is outside.
Plum jam is simplly marvelous - full of flavor and fun to eat. Made this for years. We picked the wild sandhill plums every summer and made wonderful jam and jelly in a boiling hot kitchen! The jelly was so clear that it was almost jewel-like. Wonderful memories, wonderful flavors.

I have a friend that makes wonderful plum jam. She uses the darker purple plums and it is so delicious!! She also makes wonderful Apricot jam. This jam looks delicious as well!
Not sure what it is but it looks good. Just got thru making my 3-bean chili in the crockpot. Has to cook for about 6 hours. Smells real good.
