For anyone who wants to know, a tablespoon of household bleach in a pint of water will disinfect things without ruining colours. I use it on our shoes when we come in, on the groceries, etc.

Doesn't look too good for the shuttle this afternoon. This is the time the thunderstorms build. I did miss doing my puzzles yesterday. Just could use my iPad. The guy that came was super ice. Two other service guys have to come--system needs to be updated. He strung a wire in my back yard, but some other people have to come and do something. It won't affect my using the internet, TV or phone.

We had one morning that we have no service! No internet, TV or phone, Cox updating was our service.

Guy got internet working yesterday. Was on it until about 4pm, got cats fed and me. Went on it about 2 hours later and NO INTERNET or PHONE AGAIN! Called Spectrum again this morning. Said no one had to come inside--the guy did yesterday. Layed down this afternoon and the land line phone rang. Now everything is working again. Don't know for how long! Will see.

Thank you honeybeez, nborchardt and aknan. I had a fall last Tuesday just bent down to straighten out a small mat, managed to hit my head on a small bookcase and it is still quite sore. I am beginning to know a little about what Job went through lol. Take care and many hugs.

Hope you are going to be ok,. I know I have fallen a few times last week. I always wound up hurting the same knee. Having artificial knees and falling is no fun.

Aussie, I am watching my TV with my mouth wide open in shock! Denver has NEVER had protests or RIOTS like this before! Holy cow, people! I can see having Memorial services for George Floyd, the man who was killed by the policeman in MN. But to break into a full-fledge evil battle is totally ridiculous! There are people throwing rocks and bottles at the police, and police throwing tear gas bombs into the crowds. I guess this began as a peaceful protest against police violence yesterday and today in the afternoon, then about 5 pm, the rabble rousers show up. What is this world coming to?? I can't help but wonder if the Second Coming is very near?? Please let it be!
