Pencils and Paint Premium Jigsaw Puzzle

Loved all of the colors and cool puzzle!

I love colorful puzzles like this one. I'm always a little perplexed why some people use the piece mover. Please explain it to me. I really enjoy the process of finding the pieces myself and when I finish with a good solve time, say 30 minutes for a 300 classic....while the top person solved it in 5 minutes, how is that possible without using the piece mover? And next question why use it? This is a puzzle site not the Indianapolis 500.
