Interesting - I guess that this could be made with other fruits - cherries, berries, etc.

This is my last premium puzzle. I need to spend what little money I have available elsewhere, since I've moved into an assisted living facility.

Good luck to everyone!

Thanks. So far, it's been ok. I'm glad that I don't have to cook or go to the drugstore to get medications.

Good morning, God bless and hugs to you too, Aussie.

Panna cotta is a very basic pudding that is made of dairy thickened with gelatin. It originated in Italy and its name literally means "cooked cream, " since the earliest versions were made of thick cream, sometimes thickened with fish bones. (Fish bones? Ugh. Well, that is what this computer told me. Phooey! )

Hi starrphyre, as a cook, I make a good poet lol. Never been my thing and now with diabetes I have to eat very simple meals or my sugar level soars. My sister gave me some spaghetti and meatballs and had some of it last night. Not only have to watch the sugar but the carbohydrates as well. Of course my sugar was way up last night and again this morning. Have another meal she gave me, so will have to cut it in half. She is a good cook :) Hugs.
