What's in the little white bags in the upper left hand corner. I'm guessing grated cheese?? I don't think it's garlic, is it? Does anyone know for sure, maybe a culinary expert?

I think you can get (fresh) mozzarella in some areas that comes this way. Here you have to go downtown in the city to find things like this...maybe - don't use much cheese anymore!
