Thank you D5Tr - I mix up a ginger drink for my arthritis and as long as I take it, I don't have any pain. Sometimes forget - very easy to mix, 1" of raw ginger, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup boiling water. I make up enough for about five days, so just multiply everything by five. Grate the ginger, put in a container with the sugar and pour the boiling water over it. Put it in the fridge overnight, drain off the ginger in the morning and drink the juice. I usually put the ginger on the garden, so nothing is wasted. Hope this works for you. Hugs.
