Tastes good but it's all sugar and no fiber so no one in my house drinks it anymore....was just thinking about this as I walked by the juices in the grocery store recently.

You are 100% correct, veggie juice if you make it yourself is much healthier.

You're right about boxed or frozen juices. Fresh squeezed juice is a whole other animal. I'm lucky to live in an orange-producing area where fresh squeezed orange juice is the norm.

I live in an orange producing state. I prefer fresh squeezed juice as well. There's one fresh juice company that you have to drink it quickly because it can go sour on you. Kennesaw is the name of the company. Frozen juice I used to make those orange julius drinks with it.

Nice fresh orange juice. I was given aa bag of oranges that were ripe enough they needed to be used right away so I decided to squeezze them for juice. Never having done that before, I was shocked at how little juice came out of each orange even though they felt very juicy in my hand. I used an electric juicer and that got all the juice and the pulp so I knew I didn't leave any behind. No wonder juice is served in a 4 ounce glass!

I do not like OJ much, I prefer grapefruit juice and cranberry juice!

Doctors in my city tell people of a certain age to start the day with the juice of one citrus fruit (orange, lemon, lime or grapefruit) diluted in a glass of water. Drink it before eating breakfast and it gives you a lift for the whole day. Also the pulp is good healthy fibre.

I have never cared for OJ that much. I like grape juice and cranberry juice.
