Jamie T and tomandray mentioned a garage. elijah13, I see you all did this back in 2015. If you look at this I don't see a garage. There is a curb all across what I can see of the house. I assume it is one house again the blue words that gives some description says "house". Nice house but not my style.
Interesting house - it's probably better suited for areas that does not get much or any snow - it could leave too much weight on the flat parts of the roof. I can't really tell if what's on the right side of this house is more of this house or another house is really close. It seems like there could be better use of the space above the garage.
Hi JamieT...It would make for a nice house at a beach location where they deal with rain storms and no snow. The right side, it seems like another house in a beige color and there seems to be a "wall" or gate there. I like the landscape for that house, seems appropriate. Not to much vegetation. And that door is very interesting. But you are right, the wasted space above the garage. They should have extended the balcony area. Would have been a good party place when company arrived. I'm guessing there is not much of a yard as the house next door is so close. Land may be at a premium. Have a great day. :)

Not really my cup of tea, always wanted a craftsman style, now all I want is just enough room for us & someone to clean it, keep up the yard & fix meals. Got more rain last nite, just what we needed some areas got up to 5", rain in forecast for the next 6 days really looking forward to it. :(!!! Suprised Crickett stayed out in his greenhouse during the storm, thunder & all.) Kitty hugs to you tomandray from Crickett. >^-^< !

Thanks Tomandray! I think the landscaping is good - especially if this house isn't in an area where there's normally grasses growing there. I think we're finally realizing that we shouldn't expect to have a nice, lush lawn in areas that are normally arid or semi-arid.
The windows are really nice - especially if this is beachfront property (unless it's in an area that occasionally has hurricanes). If that was my house, I probably would spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching whatever passed by.

Happy 4th of July JamieT! Yes, I do like the windows too. Hurricane areas have covers that latch onto the windows. They also have reinforced garage doors; we have that. We live about 4 miles from the gulf coast. Some nasty storms come through here.
Some good comfortable balcony time sounds good. Watch all the folks go by. Have a safe evening. :)
