I have a recipe for mint meringues. Haven't made them in a while but you do them the night before and then just leave them in the oven til the next day. Very easy to do and good to take to a gathering.

My friend can make these perfectly. Mine sort of flopped. Her's don't stand up well for going through the mail, however! I may try again--later-- ha ha.

My Mom used to make them. She tried to teach me. Mine tasted great but were certainly not pretty to look at plus were much heavier. Hers came out light as air. I think she used magic!
