I just wish I could shut my brain off when I try to go to sleep at night!

I hear you. I have Fibromyalgia, it comes with fatigue and difficulty sleeping. I experience times when my brain will not turn-off. I don't know what works for you. I find it helpful to maintain a schedule, have a bedtime routine, dim lights, and a quiet time. Good luck to you, and sweet dreams,

I also suffer from that. Pain usually gets me up at these early hours.

My problem is waking up each morning at around 4:30 and my mind gets turned on. I have no problem getting to sleep it is the waking up at a ridiculous hour. This started when Pete was in the hospital and is continuing since he passed.
Oh, puzzles get harder to work everyday that I get older!

I'venever seen a timepiece that had hands extending outside of the face. I doubt this actually tells time. I think it is an art piece made with clock pieces. The gears seem to be sewn to a belt.
