We saw Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza and Tulum in 1990. Chichen Itza was especially well preserved. There was a beautiful old hotel from the 30's adjacent. It was a fabulous and unforgettable experience!
WOW! When I Iived in Honduras, I was able to see the Mayan ruins in a place called Copan. Beautiful and moving. They built a civilization that still has the buildings that they used to live in and worshiped. It is amazing and so calm and beautiful. Have a wonderful day and keep the love, joy, and blessings going to those who need it the most!
Bet it really is magnificent to see in person.
