Beautiful colors, but took me two days in order to get this puzzle to work. My computer keeps sticking and won't move the pieces for some reason. But thank you again for sharing! I love all the jigsaw puzzles.
Add painting to the description I think. The shadows aren't dark enough for this to be a photo. That's why paintings will always be better than photos unless you like very high contrast...Photos tend to bleach the colors at the light end and blacken them at the dark end.

Good morning to all. Pixi I have to agree with you about it being a painting, but I came to the conclusion differently. I was looking at the middle of the flowers and also the leaves and stems, don't look quite real to me. I personally prefer real photos to paintings, of course that depends on the painter and the subject matter. Hope you have a wonderful day and everyone stay safe this is not over yet.

Sadly, darambo, you are right. I have been waiting for the authorities to admit this disease is airborne which means it will not be eradicated until there is a vaccine or cure. They have not but there are more places on the internet now that are realizing it is airborne no matter what spin the authorities give their "informative" sessions to the public...which includes W.H.O. The virus can latch onto anything carried in the air...fog droplets, pollen, dust etc. Our air is never going to be 100% free of some kind of particle hence it will carry the virus even if you are outside. I can only wonder at folks going in the ocean with all that spray. Don't they realize that is an aerosol?
You and nborchardt stay in side as much as you can and keep the windows closed, too. My husband absolutely believes washing his hands is all he needs and only wears the mask I made to go shopping.

Actually, I think these are very good artificial, perhaps silk, flowers. There's just too much regularity in them.

I tend to agreee aknan the centres look plastic like to me and the rest perhaps polyester..

Yes Aknan, I agree. Those "stamens" look an awful lot like black plastic. Too regular, too perfect.

I thought that initially since the centers look like they're made of plastic but a photo of artificials would still have a wider range of contrast than this shows.
Everyone has said it all. It also took me longer than usual to complete this one.
I'm doing a 33-day novena of Violet Flame to eradicate the coronavirus phenomenon and the creators of it.
I did think of one flower poem after doing this puzzle.
