Not at my age! But in my young days, they didn't have things like this!

That looks like so much fun! Let's go right now! Or maybe we should wait until after my nap.

God bless you all.

Great, aknan! I get the third seat back where I'll get drenched! Hot as it's been that will be very refreshing. Good bless you and yours.

Reminds me of the pix of Princess Diana & her kids going down the water spout with such love and significant fun! Not at all "royal" familyish.

OK nlb- I'm up to your challenge for a tale about the Old Bridge--what genre shall we choose? Answer please AFTER your nap.

Hope you all had a wonderful ride, I watched all of you on it, but not me! Like my feet planted on the ground.

BayGrannie, I don't pick genres, I look at the picture and go where it leads me, unless it becomes a guided tour by you or someone else. Now the bridge is out of sight and out of mind. Unfortunately, like all my other hobbies, I must be in the mood to write and the writing mood is absent at this time. Had a very busy, energetic week-end with the next three generations of females in my family at the pool and am still recovering. Had a wild time though! God bless you BayGrannie and I'm sure the writing muse will bite again soon. We must only hope yours is biting at the same time.

Dear nlb--that was fun, wasn't it? So glad to hear you enjoyed your family. The writing muse may strike again at any time so I'm prepared if you are. Blessings as always...

I'm sure kids would love it. Not sure about the adults--especially us older ones. I would stay off this one. Looking at it would be enough--and far enough away so I wouldn't get wet. Easy puzzle to do.

You don't get that wet! Yep adults go on this ride as well. I can think of other rides and attractions where you'd be soaked. There is one attraction where it isn't a ride at all. It's Seaworld and if you sit in a certain section - you'd be
sure to be completly drenched. It even says spalsh zone in the section. Have even been whitewater rafting and that ride - we were far more wet.

Is that red paint om those rocks or natural? The rocks look real. The red on the left looks like someone spilled a giant bag of strawberry twists. Don't count me in on this ride. If I want wet I want a pool and bathing suit. Also wouldn't like the jolt at the bottom. The lagoon is pretty tho. I kind of wish they just left it natural or at most put in a waterfall/waterslide.
Hoping you find your own special mystical spot that you can easily get to.

Me I love this kind of ride. You get wet but dry off fast. Remember it's hot and you enjoy the quick cool off you get.
Lived in So. California near Disney Land and believe me you enjoy the quick cool off you get LOL :)

I believe the the red is foliage of some type. I have been on a log ride similar to this and sat right where the water splashed over the heads of those in front and right onto me. Had a blast!

WOW would be hard to keep dry on that ride.

QUOTES - "Love is our true essence. Love has no limitations of caste, religion, race, or nationality. We are all beads strung together on the same thread of love. To awaken this unity - and to spread to others the love that is our inherent nature - is the true goal of human life." ~ Ammachi

"Says it all, don't you think? Love is the source of universal truth, therefore the perfect guide in our lives, and we each have an unlimited supply within us because it is who we are. Togetherness is what we do in our life activities to demonstrate the empathy and compassion we feel toward others. This reflects the degree of consciousness we have attained during our lives". Peter Shepherd END

Hi judd, it did - he decided not to extract the tooth as it looked OK and he said as long as it was not giving me any trouble that it was best to leave it. He filled the front tooth, without an injection and I didn't feel a thing. He really is a miracle worker. Hugs.
