Looks like a well-kept barn that might need a little painting!

I've tried to figure out what the sign on the cupola looks like. And it looks like there's an American flag hanging from the bottom rail of the windmill.

Never seen one like this. Wonder what the rest of the farm is shaped like

In Kansas there are barns that are octagons with little octagonal tops. Also near my sister is a hexagonal home. Cant imagine trying to fit the furniture in it.

We have them in IN, they were "carriage houses" mostly for storing buggies and other such vehicles, later they were converted to the first garages.

I haven't either, dbnc. It looks like a large shed for storage of farm implements; that door is wide enough for a tractor to drive through. I particularly like the windmill - it reminds me of the one on our farm in the OK panhandle. The blades made a little squeak when it was filling the holding tank. Very reassuring sound, to know that you'd have plenty of water that day.

In my "younger" days, I saw a lot of these buildings and windmills.

I've often thought of building a round barn or a round house so I couldn't be cornered in it.

I saw a few houses that were round and they looked like they would make me dizzy going from one room to another.

There's a round house in Prescott (AZ) that actually rotates. It's great for shading the house, or getting more warmth in the winter. I've seen it, but never went in or saw it rotate.

If I had a "tuit", maybe I would around to it as far as seeing buildings like that.

Wonder what they store in this.

Aussie, I saw this in the headlines and was concerned about how are you doing during your heatwave.

Thousands of flying foxes died in an Australian heatwave so severe it has melted tarmac. The animals fell from the trees as they were boiled alive in temperatures exceeding 104 degrees Fahrenheit in Campbelltown in New South Wales. Is this anywhere near you?

This news came from New York Post•January 8, 2018

I am in Australia so depends where you are bluesweets. Most of the puzzlers are in North America somewhere and can be 15 to 17 hours behind Aussie time. I lived over there for eight years, two in Ontario and six in Louisiana and Texas. Enjoy your day. Hugs.
