My Honey and I went to Vegas many, many times. Didn't gamble a lot, but we did eat a lot. Ha Ha. Also saw several shows, the last being Leeann Rimes. I miss him and the fun we shared together.
We used Vegas as a stopping place to visit the Grand Canyon. We saw a great show there, Cirque du Soleil "O". It was marvelous. The canyon was marvelous too.
Married in Las Vegas 02/14/1981 at the Candlelight Wedding Chapel across from CIrcusCircus (gone now). We were married in the garden by a tiny female Oriental minister and our wedding music was 4 drunks going by in a taxi singing "Goin' to the Chapel". Still going strong after 40 year, too.
Sam grew up in Reno. He said to tell you he was married in Reno 2/14/76 with his first wife for 5 years. You are one of the lucky ones. We have been married 32 years. We are lucky also. Most of his friends in Reno can't believe it knowing him. He said he kept moving East until he couldn't go any further. We met in NC. Still here but in different town. We have made several trips to Reno. His sister and one of his sons lives there. We drove through Las Vegas one night so I didn't get to see much. Enjoyed the lights.

I'm my Dearly Beloved's 4th wife and he's my 3rd husband - and none of those were short marriages. We say we just had to keep trying until we got it right!

Aknan, I can't believe it but the same with us. I'm Sam' 4th and he's my third. I'm glad we got it right.
Aknan, Would love to visit there but he doesn't like driving much any more. Wrote to you just below you when you said you were married there. You'll get a kick out of it.
Pretty scene!!!!! My loving nephew---Josh---lives in the western part of Las Vegas with his roommate and really enjoys it. He and Steve have 3 cats to keep them company.
