Agree. I've never wanted a 2-story house; up and down all day.

Our house in Chicago was 2-story. My parents owned the building and we lived on the 2nd floor--but I was very young then. In Massachusetts it had 2 floors but my grandparents had an apartment on the second floor and my sister and I only had our bedroom on that floor.
I love my two-story house. It was a gift from God as it was the last house we could afford with all 7 people having room. But the time will come when a story will be best. Great puzzle.
