CherieNYC, I have. When I lived in Honduras the airport there had a runway that was extremely short and the planes came down sharply because of the mountains around it. They had to stop the traffic on the road that was at one end of the runway because the planes came in so steeply. And many time after a landing there was tumultuous applauding.....and with good reason!!
Always enjoy seeing the jets flying over head and wondering where exactly they are flying off too.
