This is one cold lake. I have a friend who lives in the upper peninsula of Michigan and I have visited her a couple of times over the years in the summer. If you put your foot in the water, your feet feel like they will be turning into ice immediately! It is a beautiful lake, but always cold. Have a wonderful day that is filled with blessings.

I grew up in Michigan and I agree with you about the frigid cold of this lake, although it is beautiful, none-the-less.
