There are many creative ways to present a dish to kids and adults alike which would be more appealing. This would not be a dish I would even consider serving my family.
I'm not a fan of green tableware with food either. Personally I like white plates.

This enforced home life is really wearing thin. Our state, NY, has extended the stay at home time throughout the state. Even if it is not legally binding, the real threat of contracting the virus keeps me in the house, in the yard, or on the deck.

I'm sorry so many people are having a hard time with staying home. After working since I was 16 and raising my children I retired some years ago and love being at home. My hubby, who is also retired, shares a number of the same interests & we enjoy being together.

It really doesn't bother me to stay home either. However I do wish the stores would open so if I needed something, I could get it.
Although I prefer waffles made from a regular waffle mix and topped with real butter and a small amount of real local maple syrup....I would try these irregularly shaped and colored waffles.
The time for new beginnings is NOW! However, I don't care for the way it is now! I want to get back to normal sooner rather than later!
