We have two 12 week old kittens that liven up our house. They are orange males from the same litter (Tristan and Brick). Both have distinct personalities but are hard to tell apart even now.

I'm so happy that you were able to get not only one, but two! Changed your daily routine a bit, didn't it? lol Congratulations!
As a kid, I had a cat named Nippy. He had belonged to neighbors who moved away. They took the cat but he kept coming back. After several trips of carrying the cat back to its new home, and having it return even before I could GET back home, the former neighbors said we could keep the cat. We had a big, old black stove that heated the whole house. We never had to look very far for the cat; he was asleep under that old stove. The stove sat up on legs and had just enough room for Nippy to be comfy. LOL. I left home for the USMC and old Nippy was gone by the time I went back for a visit.
I had a cat like that. She lived on the next block, was declawed and should never had been outside. She kept coming to my house. When "her parents" came to get her, she would just come into my house thru the cat door. Finally wrote me a nice note saying she liked it better at my house.
