Well there's a chromatic keyboard for you. Wonder if the music for that keyboard has color notes. I bet it does.
Speaking of colors, how did purple become a Halloween color?
Pixi, there've been so many changes in teaching music since I learned 62 years ago - I think this is one of the new early learning pianos for beginners. The printed music would match the colors to make it easier to learn the notes. And I have no idea how purple became attached to Halloween - perhaps because of shadows?

I finally got to music school when I was in my mid 40's (I'm now 73) The community college gave pre-curricula courses and I took them. Basically we were told to memorize which notes were which and so I put aside counting from the G line up and dowm and just memorized them. No matter what system teachers may use it all comes down to that just like memorizing the shapes of letters or the times table.
Honestly, I've never seen a keyboard that was colorized. Interesting and colorful puzzle. A new favorite of mine that I look forward to solving again in the future.
