What an awesome jaguar. My brother winters in Belize where it is common to encounter jaguar tracks or scat while hiking through the jungle. Fortunately this beautiful animal aims to be elusive as far as humans are concerned.
That's a great photo. It's kind of difficult to tell the difference between jaguars and leopards from just a photo, but this cat looks like it's stalking something (hopefully, not the photographer).
