I did it FASTER this time for 83 circles---only 28:44. The other times were somewhat SLOWER, especially in 2016. I LOVE doing this kind of puzzle in the 83-CIRCLE format.

This is a VERY PRETTY floral puzzle, but it was quite difficult!!!!

I could do that, I just wish I had time together with money to work on it. I love doing creative projects but they can be time consuming. Once I can get all of my ducks in a row with time and money, I will do more creative projects.

I'm one of those creative people, too. I have always loved doing anything artsy-craftsy and my perfectionism has made me very good at all of them. I used to teach classes in all kinds of stitchery, and I taught all the craft sessions at women's gatherings at church. I even branched out into stained glass, and was getting pretty good at it when my MS started flaring up. Nowadays I have plenty of time to do projects, but my hands will not allow it...Boo-hoo! I really miss it! I guess I'll just spend all my time doing online jigsaw puzzles!

One fun way to do these and make them last forever is in Polymer Clay and make a picture frame or even a small cake.

JoyceRogers, I'm sorry that happened to you.

Tutudiane--great idea. I have lots of that home but got discouraged because the stuff I made would crack so easily. Must have cooked it at the wrong temperature.
Are you a ballet dancer?

Dare I confess? This is my FAVORITE piece of cake...the corner, with frosting on TWO sides, and the pretty roses on top!! Bit of a sweet tooth!

My confession? That's why I got into cake decorating...you can eat all your mistakes! And that's my favorite piece of cake, too!

I so agree with you. I love all that frosting too, especially if it is buttercream.

We'd do well to share this cake. I don't care for icing, but love cake! lol Between all of us, it would be all gone before the last flower was in place!

I will let you have your corner pieces as long as my piece comes with a flower and some leaves!

I think these were made with fondant. I prefer buttercream flowers. I ate a lot of my lopsided flowers until I became diabetic. Now I just decorate not taste.

It's so nice to know I'm not alone! Thanks for sharing fellow frosting-aholics! ;-)

With you on loving frosting but for me not buttercream..I like the cream cheese kind.
I remember as a child they used to make the decorations in pure sugar.

Easier than I thought it would be. I wouldn't have the patience to do that.

I think this was my longest time ever! lol I was so busy just looking at the beautiful colors that time would pass me by before I realized I was just sitting there looking at them! What a piece of artwork someone created. I'm glad a picture was taken before it was served.
