I have heard of "lemon curd" but have no idea what it is and what it is for......can someone enlighten me? Blessings for all on this lovely warm (finally! ) spring day!!
It can be dolloped into porridge or used as a filling for a pastry or cake.
Or it can be used like jam with peanut butter on a sandwich.
It is a very simple recipe, only a handful of ingredients.
