I bought corned beef and cabbage and potatoes and carrots for today's dinner. But --- I think I'll have a happy sandwich instead and do the dinner tomorrow! (Maybe not that fancy happy sandwich! )
My kids' appetites made me mad-ish,
So I made something funny and fad-ish.
They ate up the cheese,
As fast as you please,
But none of them ate any raddish!
I don't think we should feel cheated. I think we should be thankful there was food to eat and someone to prepare it.

I think most parents when our kids were growing up didn't have time to fix such a fancy breakfast. lol.
There were times when I didn't have enough money for heating fuel so I'd close the doors to the kitchen, turn the oven up with the oven door partially open, spread a blanket on the floor and feed my kids hot soup and toast with jelly. They all still remember it - fondly. lol

I just noticed, there's a radish and pea bow tie, and I think those are supposed to be "balloons" along the sides. A lot of effort went into that snack - we've had a lot of cute food puzzles lately, fun stuff!
Cute for the kiddos in your life. Life is fun if you let your imagination guide you. Wish that was a chocolate plate not just a brown plate.Good puzzle.
