Pretty quilt. My mom used to belong to a quilting group. They made them for the Christian collage sale they had ever year. Mom worked there for 23 years. I went one year. Mom also made one that I have out of cloths of hers and mine and Grandma's squares. Probable not done much any more. To bad.
Have never quilted but did lots of knitting. Finally getting back to normal again. We were very lucky--never lost electricity--had to boil water for a few days. No house damage. Nieces came and cleaned up the yard--5 bags of debree (sp).
Good quilting puzzle. Remember this saying, "What goes round comes around." Things that seem lost are reused when we are placed in situation where we need them. Case in point, I love to sew my own clothes.
Sisgp---- How true about the phone. The art of conversation will be lost. And --- the art of writing is suffering also --- with so many abbreviations being used in texting.
