Aussie, Sorry you are having aches and pains. I have a sore wrist Doctor gave me Voltaren Gel. Topical use only. It can be for several things. Arthritis, sore muscles, etc It use to be prescription but now you can get it at different stores like Walmart. I rub it on 3 or 4 times a day and pain goes away. I don't use it every day. Might want to check it out. My mom used it on her knees.

Hi beckydent -it is as a result of neuropathy caused by diabetes. We don't have Walmart here in Australia bt will google it and see if I can get it. Thank you and God bless you. Hugs
I worked on this one off and on. It drove me crazy. I just would take a piece and move it around until I found a match and so on or would make a line and set them aside finally got them altogether.
