Lavender oil is the answer - a little on the temples and I go to sleep very quickly. There is a natural sleep inducer in it. And darambo, I don't know how you sleep at all, unless the brace comes off at night. Hugs again.

I'm that way every night because I have DSPS (delayed sleep phase syndrome). My circadian rhythm is out of sync with the rest of the world. That's one of the reasons I work graveyard shift; the other is that I'm the only care giver for my 88 year old mother, my 58 year old mentally and physically disabled sister and my 61 year old disabled brother.

Oh Fropo! That is a lot on your plate! At one time I was taking care of 2nd husband who was disabled, my mother; who was an invalid, her husband, who TIAs and my granddaughter who had autism. I loved what I was doing; but it was exhausting! Please take time out for yourself and find a way to rest! Hugs and Blessings :)

My goodness fropo, you have a lot to carry. And I agree with olamae that somehow you need to take time for yourself. Cand you get respite care for those in your charge, even just for a day when you can do something that you enjoy doing. Loving hugs.

If you do a search on youtube you will find audios of rain falling. Some of them are 10 hours long or longer. My husband and I play one of those when we are having trouble falling asleep and we end up sleeping so well. It's amazing. Worth a try.

Darambo - if you are wearing a brace as I understand, it must be difficult to do anything. Just forget about the garden and get well soon. Loving hugs.

I didn't start a garden this year because we have to find another place to live. But there are some lovely tomatoes growing on my compost pile. LOL

Have to do some of this, but will do it in the fall. Too hot now to do it.

Here in n.e. Fla the air is so thick you could scoop it with a spoon. Add in the heat and it's really yucky. I hibernate in the summer and put snow pictures on my computer monitor.

I bought a bunch of different bulbs in the Spring and they still have not been planted. I hope I can plant them soon or in the Fall if they do not die. It is too hot and humid here to do any gardening.
