It's spring 2024 and as of late I can't afford to eat well anymore. My grocery bill is astronomical. I buy bananas, meat, potatoes and some caned vegetables, and I live alone. I wonder how a large family does it??? Pray for change.
Just think, soon we will have lots and lots of fresh fruit and veggies..YAY! We are supposed to get more snow today....my joy know no bounds. May everyone have a day that is filled with joy, love, and blessings.
The other day I was in the local grocery store and there were few customers in the produce department. One clerk was working on the vegetable arrangement along one of the walls. I just stood and stared at it. I said to the man "You've made that as artistic as a painting in a museum! " It was beautiful! (He was pleased! )
Took me too long to work, for I was mesmerized by the pretty colors of fresh fruit! Now eating french toast with melted cinnamon sugar on top and is not colorful or healthy as the fresh fruit, but sure is tasty! Thanks for sharing jigsaw puzzle.
